This notice covers the OMC Studios presentation website at omcstudiostr.com. The legal operator’s full name and required address details are still to be confirmed. The privacy request channel is published below.
2. What the website currently does
The website presents OMC Studios and DIMENARA. It has no live OMC ID account service, payment system, newsletter or message submission form. Account pages explain the upcoming service; they do not collect real passwords or create accounts. No advertising or analytics tracker is included in the website application.
3. Technical records and hosting
Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and access times to serve and protect the website. Provider details, retention, processing grounds and any international transfers must be specified for the final production environment. The private review publication’s ChatGPT sign-in is a hosting access gate, separate from OMC ID.
4. Browser storage
Your animation preference is stored in sessionStorage for the browser session and is not sent to an account server. Language is reflected in the page URL. The website application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The private hosting platform may use its own sign-in and security cookies.
5. Email correspondence
When you email our public contact, support or privacy addresses, Google Workspace handles the correspondence. Your sender address, message contents, delivery metadata and any attachments you choose to send may be processed to assess and respond to your enquiry. These aliases route to the same primary mailbox and are not separate case systems. The final policy must confirm access arrangements, retention and deletion periods, processing grounds and any international transfers. The website itself has no email submission API.
6. Future OMC ID data
The proposed shared identity will use a permanent OMC user ID and a verified identity-provider issuer and subject. Email and display name are separate profile attributes. Password handling is intended to remain with the identity provider. These flows are not active. Before launch, this policy must specify the actual provider, email service, session storage, recipients, retention, security and deletion processes. Accounts will not be automatically linked merely because email addresses match.
7. Deletion and player rights
The future service must distinguish deleting one game’s data from deleting the entire OMC account. It must show the affected games and records, require reauthentication and explicit confirmation, and accurately report progress. No deletion is performed by the current website. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion and objection; you can send related enquiries to the privacy contact below. 8. DIMENARA and children
The game is in development. Its SDKs, accounts, permissions, purchases, target age group and actual data flows must be reviewed for a separate game policy. No claim of legal or store compliance is made by this draft.
